Loved this hotel! We arrived early at 830 am. Despite the early arrival they let us check in no problem as they had a clean room ready.

Throughout our 4-day stay, the doormen were kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also honest, efficient and friendly. Two out of the four days I needed an extra bed, which they were happy to accommodate at a very cheap price. The extra bed was needed on day 1 and day 3 and they came in both days to set up then take away the bed the next day. Fast and efficient.

There is also an MRT station right outside the hotel. Incredibly convenient.

Everything about this place is EXCELLENT! Will definitely be back!

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! It looks old but the rooms are remodeled to modern appearance and with the latest standards (e.g. bidet toilets). It is also well ventilated that you dont smell the musty odor like some old buildings due to Taiwans high humidity. I expected high quality of service from their experienced and helpful staff (as this is an long established hotel), as well as delicious & good variety of breakfast (since I dine in their restaurants before). Those did live up to my expectation also. Best of all, their room prices are reasonable.

Overall, I had a great experience.
