We loved this place so much! It’s beautiful, has great food and a delicious breakfast. The staff is so wonderful!

Amazing place!

Small tips:
- I would not recommend to book the waterfall view. Yes, the view is spectacular, but humidity is not acceptable. Jungle view is much better.
- Second and third floors was renovated, first floor is not as fresh as other areas. But still good!
- Book your stay with the half board. The food is delicious!

5 star resort in the park. Great falls views from multiple areas (lobby, roof top bar, pool, and breakfast). Recent updates across the entire property. Excellent breakfast selection, you can spend all day in the park without needing to stop for lunch. Extremely professional and accommodating staff, many with excellent language skills. I was surprised multiple hostesses could pronounce my last name.

Amazing place.

The view was incredible and the pool was the nicest I’ve ever been in. Having walkable access to the park was so convenient. Truly an amazing property with very attentive staff.

Being inside the national park is wonderful. The common elements of the hotel, especially the huge pool, are also terrific.

Our room was okay, a bit spartan, but terribly noisy during the day with some sort of construction project going on the roof.

The front desk is short staffed, so any question or transaction takes a while. Food and transportation are better managed.

Overall, a good experience but the high nightly rate made me expect more from the room and hospitality staff.

A great hotel, I. An amazing location.

Clean, specious room. Service is excellent! Very high level hotel!
