The rooms were good and the staff was excellent.

I was a bit disappointed to not have access to an iron at a 4-star hotel, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The property is fine, location is only if you are working in the area. I would not stay if trying to go to the beach. Safe during the day, questionable at night. near questionable blocks, very close to a bus stop, homeless population problem.

The only things Id complain about were the internet, which was almost completely disfunctional in our room (1422), and some insane construction noises we heard all around the walls of our room during our stay. It sounded like avalanches of rocks and drywall pouring against all the walls of our room, very loudly, and all day long.

Besides that, all of our experiences here were very good.

Everything was perfect. The location, the breakfast, staff services. This hotel is very recomendable.

Nice clean and great location

The temperature in the gym was too hot. They should keep windows covered during the day, as the gym is on the rooftop with glass doors.
Elevators all broken all the time.
Breakfast is simple and the same every day.
