The room is too humid, and the sheets and quilt covers feel very wet. It is recommended to be equipped with a dehumidifier as standard or turn on the air conditioner 3 hours before the guest check-in to dehumidifying.

We had a one-night stay but enjoyed the hotel, location, staff, and hotel property. Liked that the check-in lobby was on the 32nd floor. We had a great stay!

Employee Zentury was very helpful and courteous!

yes

Room was nice and clean.

Nice except that as the official hotel for sg marathon, there was little help given to advise on the fastest way to get to the starting point, considering the road and pavement closures

Excellent room and fabulous staff.

Amazing place to stay , and close to most places

Central location in the CBD, some shops closed at weekends, but very convenient with buses, taxis and MRT. Roof top infinity pool and adequate gym. Clean and comfortable room with a large bathroom, gorgeous bath in the window. Nespresso coffee machine and delicious room service. No late checkout available but would stay again.

Everything is great. Exceptional view! Location is also very convenient, close to DT17 station and Lau Pa Sat. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Hotel looks cozy and modern. Staff are helpful.
