The location was excellent and the bathroom and room was clean and well-maintained. The hallway, however, had an unusual odor.

I booked a room with a bedroom. When I check in I get this dinky little room from the 1940s. I go to the front desk and say this isnt the room I booked. I show them the picture of the room on the website where I booked the room and they tell me we dont have those types of rooms here. It was 11pm. I stayed the night and cancelled the rest of my stay and booked another hotel.

Older hotel and noisily placed in the South Loop, but perfectly fine for a two-star accommodation. I would have preferred updated charging stations in the room. Otherwise it was fine.

Nothing worked. It was hot as all heck out and the AC was broken. Maintenance came to clean it while I was there and all this black stuff came out of the filter. The outlets were broken. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. The room smelled and the hallways were dingy and poorly lit. I did not end up staying the night.

The room was older but very clean. TV didn’t work. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Good price point.

Loved that w

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very quaint. Great location to soldier field . Safe, clean, and welcoming. Lots of food nearby. Would stay again for sure.

This is a great hotel with easy access to Soldier Field and close to the Red Line to get to Sox or Cubs games. Clean and affordable with friendly staff and comfy beds
