We were here for 3 nights over the world cup weekend, plus pride was going on. It was chaotic on the streets but the staff was amazing. Ive stayed in a number of hotels in the city and this was my favorite so far for the price point. The room was clean, bed was super comfortable and the front desk was extremely helpful. Concierge gave us water bottles upon request since it was extremely humid outside and after a long day of walking, its great.

Its connected to Carnegie Diner which is a must try for breakfast and some bottomless mimosas. You get a ebike credit as well as a dining credit each day to use at the quick coffee spot in the lobby, Carnegie Diner or the really nice bar in the back.

Hotel itself was beautful and the stairs in the front right to the left is a must see.

Super central in the city and right outside of the yellow subway lines to get around easily. If your flying into JFK also the Penn station right to the LIRR is only like a few minute walk straight down the street.

10/10 would recommend and will be staying here every time from here on out.

Based on my stay Id say it was more of a 3+ star rather than a 4 star hotel. I decided to stay here thinking the extra cost would be worth it but because I booked a standard room it was as basic small room. There was no refrigerator and they wanted to charge me to put one in the room. We had $15 a day to use at the coffee bar or restaurant below and if you dont use it by 11pm they wont allow you to use it. I arrived at 11:02 to use it and they wouldnt let me use it for a slice of cake. The staff was very nice and helpful overall but in those 2 situations they were not helpful. The location was incredibly convenient.
