Our room was extremely hot and we were unable to sleep. Called the front desk only to have them argue with us. Overall not even close to 5 star hotel service. Very argumentative staff and uncomfortable.

Beautiful boutique hotel but away from everything up a big hill

Location of this hotel is excellent, very quiet. Service people are professional and respectful.

Perfect location to walk to a variety of places, i.e Stadio Olimpico, Pantheon. You get to see the residential part of Roma, get a feel for how they live.

Had a wonderful stay, the rooms are tastefully decorated, beds are super comfortable, full marble bathroom. The staff are very professional and really friendly. The hotel is located is a beautiful area; very quiet but 20mins walk through the park into the Spanish steps and center. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you to all for making our stay so lovely.

Sophisticated hotel, cozy, quiet! …nice neighborhood.

This is a wonderful hotel and the perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds of Rome. The hotel is located on a hill top in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved our stay here and were very glad to be close to the Villa Borghese but not near the main tourist areas.

Weve stayed here before and loved the hotel. The staff is always awesome and the breakfast is one of the reasons we love to stay here. However, we had a problem with our AC in our room and it wasnt addressed until the next day. There were a couple of other small issues.

Beautiful boutique hotel with stellar customer service. Located in a very quiet area around many international embassies. Hotel bar and food terrific. Truly impeccable.
