We had such a great time. The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and cozy and comfortable. The slamming of the room doors was not enjoyable at 5am though.
We spent most of our day at the pool, which was a lot of fun. The food at the ShadowRock Tap + table was AMAZING. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Everything thing was almost perfect.
Our balcony door wouldnt open so we could not use that and we thought we got a mountain view but all we got was golf course view

Great hotel and staff. They definitely address any need and are very friendly and personal.
Also good dog friendly hotel as well and have a dog menu for room service. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the room we payed for was not the room we received. Call the day you check in prior to arrival to ensure you get the appropriate room. This was the second time this issue happened from this hotel.

Overpriced for the amenities

This was world class hotel, the restaurant was a disappointment, the waiter was extremely slow but the manager stepped in to make the experience better.

Nice place, or it will / can be - Booked in December 2025, stayed in late March 26. No heads up that the whole front of the building is under construction so my $700 a night room with Moutain view was actually a construction site where the excavators, concrete saws and jack hammers are your wakeup call. Lap pool is closed. Finally, not allowing my teenage son to workout with me (I get not allowing them unsupervised) in the fitness center is certainly a way to sway me from staying there again.

This 4 star hotel lacks maintenance. First there was no one to help us with our luggae when we got in. We went in August. The AC turns off when it feels like it. AC not strong enough to get to the rooms so we left the bedroom door open, but then it would turn off in the middle of the night. Theres a $$ fee for everything, parking, food, water. The pool was dirty. Only 3 pillows were provided, no extra pillows or sheets.
The property is 15 minutes from all the action.

Many of the pictures of the facility were created with AI. The a/c unit was so loud on the 3rd floor that you needed ear plugs and white noise to sleep. For $500 a night definitely not worth the price. Hotel needs an upgrade. Hard pass for future bookings with this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay

Property was beautiful. Had all the amenities we needed and felt luxurious. The views were spectacular! Would definitely stay here again.
