Very accommodating staff. Food was amazing, especially the steak.

Super great location, great staff and excellent rooms. The breakfast is amazing and I would add it to your room rate. Don’t forget about happy hour between 5-7p in the lobby.

Wonderful

This is the 2nd time we’re staying at this property and it’s staff and locations are great

I have stayed in Paris hotels many times and your hotel is by far the best I have experienced.
Beautiful hotel, superb lounge, room was perfect, with a great view of the Eiffel Tower as a bonus!
All the staff were outstanding:personable, efficient and empathetic.

Breakfast buffet was delicious, service was attentive. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and spacious

Excellent service

WE liked everything in this hotel specially staff , I cant say enough about their kindness and ability to help , they give us the impression that our vacation is so important as if was there own, Miss. Mellisa in front desk she is an asset in the hotel helping us for what ever question we need, Thanks to all staff and wishing all Happy and great year. Sue & James Deeb

Stay was great in every way except we booked a room with view and we got a first floor room just facing the street , this was the only disappointment, I wouldn’t have paid for a room with view if I knew they will tell me at our arrival that all higher floor rooms are taken so this is what we get ! Service was great and hotel was really good in general though . They should have done much better with giving us a higher floor room with some view since that’s what we paid for though .
