Our stay at the Bintang Bali Resort was awesome... Staff who were knowledgeable and kind! Everyone was just lovely to deal with... nothing was too much trouble... Do not hesitate to stay here, you wont be disappointed! We will be back (Oh, great location, too... handy to so much!)

At check in Edwin was helpful with our room choice so thank you for that. The room was same as previous stays, the bed is not a soft one but ok. Cleaned always the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were same most days and tasty. Amenities were good for families and couples. Buffet was tasty choices, and the dancers were engaging with youngsters which was nice.

Booked connecting rooms for family stay and rooms clean, except in one room the fridge was constantly leaking.
Staff friendly, breakfast was same on most days and tasty.
The pool is enjoyable for families.
The gardens are always maintained.
Buffet night was tasty meals. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops.
