Extremely busy hotel but staff managed it very well. Great price for a central location.

Hotel is nice. Centrally located. Ease of travel and food around. However, it seems to be a choice hotel for school trips making it noisy and filled with children. Also, if AC is important do not book this hotel. Rooms do not have AC and very little to no airflow. No vent in the bathroom which can lead to mold growth. Only solution was a small desk fan which did not really help the sweltering heat. Other than that hotel is nice.

Check in took a really long time, around 30 minutes. I would suggest they have a separate queue for visitors from the UK as the checking passports for overseas visitors seemed to take ages. Room was ok although no A/C or fan so very warm. Our shower only had very hot water although that was fixed quickly by maintenance once I reported it. It is convenient location.

Very convenient to the train station! Lots of dining options around. No air conditioning but they did provide a fan.

I requested a quiet room and was put on the first floor at the front of the property so it was very noisy from the traffic. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no air conditioning in the room and it was a hot weekend. Good location but probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise and no air conditioning.

Huge hotel, many rooms. Old smelly corridors, but nice and clean rooms. Rooms were fine.
Many nice staff to help you find your Way.
Crowded (many many people) but okay breakfast.
Hostel environnent, but prized equally as other hotels with a better standard in the same area.

Staff were great, rooms were Small but very clean. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone but not to stay during the hot heatwave as no air con and very very hot rooms.
Great location for hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were all lovely, very helpful and quick to help too. If you stay when the weather is warm, ask for a fan at check in (don’t wait too you get to your room) - our room had no aircon or fan so was absolutely roasting. Don’t think most other rooms had either. The staff brought a fan to us when we called reception from the room. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food etc.

I stayed here with my family (with two kids under 5) The hotel was in really good location close to everything. The only one complain we had was there were no AC in the hotel rooms…we had a hard time sleeping and during day the room can get really hot. Would not come back here during summer due to no AC..but winter absolutely, other than that the hotel was really good. Too bad no AC.
