staff at the recepion are always welcoming and helpful. top-notched hospitality received throughout my 3-night stay.

Good

Room was Spacious and Clean. With tons of Amenities like surround speakers, Subwoofer, Ergonomic Chair, and TV in the bathroom.
Staff was friendly and there are full of food, bar. And entertainment places right around the hotel. I will definitely stay again

Very convenient location. Quiet hotel with modern rooms and tasty breakfast.
Some rooms have low Wi-Fi signal.

Great

Excellent location with very friendly service staff. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

Dated hotel, from the lobby to the room you can see signs of age everywhere. We also found the room not very clean - particularly the carpets. Our 4-night stay was just alright, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Service was great though and location quite central.

Nice facility. Would recommend

Good view for the new year firework from Taipei 101. Staffs are helpful.

While checking in I asked for a late check out as the standard checkout time was 11 AM.

The front desk informed me it was not possible and for every hour after 11AM they would charge TWD 500 per hour.

I told them I just want to extend one hour but they said this is hotel policy and non-negotiable!
