Clean room staff were excellent, Kabir gave an excellent service at the restaurant he was approaching us many times and asking if we needed anything and also his colleague Divine and Subrat and Surya and Hope and Christian and Richard were also excellent

Great location My second stay here and although I was duped about connecting rooms having booked a sea facing room, when I checked in I was told there was no such thing. The only connecting rooms available were their lower category superior city facing rooms. So even though I’d paid the higher rate I settled for the superior room. Apart from this matter which could have been clearer on their website I cannot fault the property, food, location next to the beach and amenities.

Staff were great. Pool and surrounding area brilliant. Multiple lifeguards around each pool, perfect for our young children even though they can all swim.
Hotel a bit dated. Windows substandard and noise from corniche kept all the family awake all stay. All inclusive package was not clear that you only had 1 buffet option for dinner which wasnt the best. (Limited options for kids)

Overall some great parts but also some really substandard.

Never disliked a stay as much.

Staff, beach, food, comfortable bed

Personal

Beautiful, clean, excellent location and lovely service!

Very bad smell of humidity in the rooms as windows cannot be aired/opened.
Very noisy AC no matter the fan spees.
Breakfast is good with a lot of choice.
The pool and beach area are nice although a 5 minutes walk is required to reach them.
Staff is very kind and helpful with any request

Good hotel, with well-kept decor and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it for visitors to Abu Dhabi.

One time experience only.. Will not prefer this place again...
