Great location nere the Bund and Shopping. Also some great restaurants close to the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. I loved the location of this hotel and found it walkable to almost everything I wanted to do. The staff was very helpful, and they even had cards you could give taxi drivers with the address of the hotel for the language barrier. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great place with easy access to transportation

One of the better hotels we have ever stayed at. Only about 100m from a metro station, walkable into city centre and the river, great breakfast selection, lovely spacious room and bathroom and excellent English speaking staff. Only problem is the construction going on next door which starts quite early. Ruins the serenity while having breakfast on the patio. But that is Shanghai really.

This is a nice hotel. easy to find and good placement in center of Shanghai.

Good breakfast and great location only a short walk from the Yu Garden complex and walkable to the Bund. Very clean. Excellent Service.

Room could be cleaner

Laundry is good. Clean.
Comfort rooms

The location is great. It is close to bus line and subway. Walking distance to many visitor’s sites. The hotel can be improved in many details. The room temperature can not be adjusted even though there is a controller.
