The property doesn’t have too many amenities compared to the cost. The breakfast spread is also very limited. Nothing bad but other hotels are better at the same price.

Large, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Near everything

Awesome staff. Premier lounge was great. Location was perfect

Property is great overall but in some areas it is starting to show its age. Could do with a revamp in those areas.

Everything good

Staff very accommodating. Room is clean

Toilet clogged and cockroaches

Best location.

Excellent location and good service. Slightly dated facilities but would recommend. Cleaned to reasonable standard but no in depth cleaning (we had to retrieve a toy from under the bunk bed which was gross!) Pool was great option. Breakfast nothing to rave about; the food court in neighboring shopping centre much better choices.

Have stayed at the hotel many times over the years but seems to be slipping in quality, This time a nasty stomach bug most likely from drinking the "safe water" in the drink water tap in the room gave extra "enjoyment
