Overall a great experience at a good price. Would come back. Central location to everything downtown. Notably, the most in-room amenities I have had in a hotel room - essentially a 1 bedroom apartment: full seperate washer dryer (i.e. not combo set), wash basin, full gas stove top (though we did not end up needing to use), kitchen sink, full size fridge, microwave, utensils etc. - so good for families intending to eat/cook at home for a meal.

Small faults include a ?cookie crumb hidden under the magazine on the coffee table and the room being noticebaly stuffy after a day out despite the thermostat/fan being on (luckily the windows could be opened).

I spent a long time debating between this hotel and the Hilton Sydney, and I can confidently say I made the right choice. I am much more satisfied here than I would have been at the Hilton. If I visit Sydney again, I will definitely stay here without any hesitation.
The facilities are incredibly convenient and well-maintained. The kitchen was a lifesaver for traveling with my child, and the overall environment was very clean and pleasant. The location is also a major plus—it’s close to everything but tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful, away from the city noise.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who helped me with an early check-in on the morning of April 15th. She was so kind and professional. I felt very sorry that I couldnt leave a tip because I only had $100 bills at the moment. I really hope this message reaches her to let her know how much I appreciated her help.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Sydney!
