The front desk lady who was in over night in Thurs June 18 should not be there- her manner was rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I thought it was me (because I am a foreigner) but she was like that to all customers.
The lady and young man who worked in the morning of Fri June 19, Sat June 20 and 21st were fantastic.
You should have iron and ironing boards in the rooms for business people. No toiletries?
Great to have CU attached to the hotel but a pity that it is far away from public transport. This is ok BUT at least make taxis readily available or accessible.
Breakfast was fine although it would be good to have avocado, salmon and make the fruits a bit more appetizing.

Stayed here 3 nights on our Seouls trip this year , we were asking for drops off luggages early and afternoon checking were smoothly. Front desks has been able to speak English and very welcoming our staying. We were asking for room with city view and our request was fulfilled. The hotel has been large, clean and many young customers. Our room were serving each day and we were enjoying our staying this time here. For someone if the transportation by local buses or trains is not a problem or restaurants, retails shops is not a main concern then this hotel is good for the value and quality services is the best.
