Staff is really nice, location is very good.

This is a respectable hotel in a great location. The rooms are a bit on the small side and the breakfast is so so. But we had multiple problems with our rooms. In the first room the TV didn’t work so they changed us to a different room. In the second room the phone didn’t work. On checkout we were charged about $40 for local calls. Who charges for local phone calls in 2026? This is a pure ripoff. I won’t be staying here again.

Very clean & modern hotel. Very satisfactory but no special touches. Breakfast had decent variety. Solid 4-star hotel.

Friendly staff and good location.

Everything is perfect! Clean room, stagf helful, shops nearby

We stayed for two nights in June. We were greeted warmly, check-in was quick and professional, staff was super helpful. The hotel was clean and room well maintained. The breakfast had many different choices to choose from.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It’s close to shopping , food and entertainment. Easy to get taxi as there is a taxi stand just in front of the hotel. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location and friendly and very helpful staff. Would stay there again. A lot of places to eat and shop and easy access to the MRT. Very central location and easy to get around on the MRT from this location.

Friendly staff, clean, close to Ximen market and comvience stores. Restaurants open late nearby. Close to the metro station.
