Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel

Great stay very comfortable and close to everything

The total staff and ammenities were fantastic. We have been staying at this hotel for over 30 years and it justs get better.

Good location just beside Church Street

Perfect located close to all restaurant and a short walk to shoppingmall, the park and little India.

So breakfast was good but u only get one free coffee so thats why im giving it the 4 star instead of a 5 n there wallpapper in there room has to much going on the wall n u cant cast orfrom ipad to tv so it gets a 4 star

Spacious, modern room. Small bathroom but well appointed, good quality towels and great shower. Comfy, large bed. Great area. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. Easy to find and parking underground. Easy walk to river and Commbank stadium. Highly recommend.

Decent stay. The room was quite lovely but the staff seemed overwhelmed by the hotel being quite busy, which was annoying as prices had also tripled due to how busy it was. I would’ve been much more content if I was paying the usual rate.

I loved the location and its proximity to restaurants and public transit. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parramatta in general.

The staff was excellent, especially Ruben at the front desk. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.
