The front desk person slow, there was a long line at 1am. Desk person not hospitable or helpful, she didn’t care just there to do the bare minimum. Deposit for room is $350, parking $55 plus taxes and fees for a total of $67 plus change. Parking area is dark not well lit. All bathrooms in the hotel lobby are locked to hotel guests. Rooms dated need to be upgraded.

Slept well room wasnt bad but phone didnt work, no microwave, no ice box, tub faucet leak couldnt stop, and tub faucet handle fell off.
The room served its purpose and it had a free shuttle service and in spite of the "Deluxe King" room quality we made the stay work for us.

It was okay other than their ice vending machine is broke

This hotel needs a major update. The pictures on the website are deceiving. Parking is $55 per night, which is just crazy to me. Woke up with a back ache. The restaurant and cafe staff, however, were super lovely!

This is basically a motel that was enclosed. The window for the room opened to the hallway. The room is dingy and old. Not worth the cost of the room.

We got woke up at 6 AM from protesters outside the hotel with drums and loudspeakers and they continued during the morning so we couldn’t sleep. They charged almost $30 for breakfast !! But free for some guests

We reserved two rooms. Upon arrival there were people already staying in both of our rooms. The front desk had no idea. All they asked me was “is it a homeless man” after much delay they found two other rooms. Upon waking up to an alarm, that was set at 6 AM by, the staff in both of our rooms there also began a loud protest out front. Worst experience. Do not stay here

The a/c doesnt give out cooler temp. But since were only staying overnight, we didn’t bother to complain.
