The Plaza is the gold standard of Parisian luxury. All of the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful -- I dont know how they do it, but they know the guests by name when they see you, they greet you personally, and any requests are met promptly.

LOVE IT

Lovely hotel and location- some rooms needs renovations and the views are limited for Standard or Superior rooms

Amazing hotel

A couple of years ago, I stayed at one of suites however at this time, I stayed at deluxe room two nights. My room got lots of noises from neighbor rooms and service path. There are not enough sound block between rooms as I think and it caused sounds of voices and TV tones into my room. And also, my room was located in front of service door and there had been sounds of opening and closing doors every minutes day and night. My room number was #343. Please avoid this room.

I was thrilled to at last be able to stay there. Staff was above and beyond kind and friendly. Le Relais in the hotel was the best meal of our trip! I felt incredibly welcome and hope to return next year.

Plaza Athenee never disappoints. Their concierge team goes above and beyond to get you reservations in venues that were even fully booked
