Friendly staff. Nice terrace and pool.

Helpful staff. Nice roof bar and pool.

The staff provided truly outstanding service throughout my stay. They were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made my stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Will always be my go to hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Enjoyed my stay there so much. Stayed 2 different times & will be going back for a third time before I head home. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Top notch, thanks.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were amazing, especially Jade on reception, who helped me so much with a bad cut to my arm, cant thank her enough. Bar & pool on roof were excellent. Will definitely be staying there again.

Overall, I had a good stay, but I was quite caught off guard at check-out when the staff claimed a fork was missing from the room. We were given bananas as a welcome amenity, and since we didnt request room cleaning, I had placed the empty plate and fork out in the hallway on the first day. I assumed a housekeeper had naturally picked it up. Although they didnt charge me for it in the end, the whole situation left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Staff very responsive

I would stay here again, very nice hotel and staff

Staff made a mistake and checked me out of hotel one day earlier than my booking and would not let me stay in hotel my last night unless I paid again for an extra night .

It is a nice hotel. The old name of this hotel was Lotus. Breakfast had Vietnamese food so you can try various food during the breakfast buffet. I see very little people for lunch probably because it becomes expensive with the extra charges. Two dishes will come to 400k and with added charges it will be 700k.
The lady at the entrance who helps setup tours was very friendly.
