Neat and tidy room, near airport and convenient

Very noisy from sound caused by open/closing of doors along the corridor. Not able to get a good rest/sleep for the whole night.

Very kind staff

Be prepared for windowless room. Quite noisy. Unsure where the noises came from but lots of odd noises going on.

Clean rooms great location for flight next morning

I always like Aerotel coz its right near Departures, so the convenience is priceless. But the room is a tad small & not all facilities are in good functioning order. Wish the price can be cheaper. But overall I stay there for the convenience.

Loud airport noises coming from the back of the room during the night

Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City.

Ive always liked this hotel + its so near the Departure Lounge. Only complaint was my shower kept going super hot & super cold by itself & there was nothing I could do about it. I informed the counter upon checkout

Room is very compact as expected. The double bed was right against the wall which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to get out in the middle of the night.
