Good location and the breakfast option is a bonus. Pricey though.

From check in to check out. Easy, friendly, clean and very well maintained

Good stay! Recommend

Clean room but very small, lovely bathroom but again very tight

Room was clean, tidy & compact. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was fresh & plentiful. We were locked out of air conditioning control but could open window for air.

It was good enough

The room was fine, had what I needed but the staff on the desk when I arrived and had spoken to on the phone were rude, no customer service. My dad major surgery which is why I was in London and when I spoke about this there was no reaction, empathy or kind response or even kind general customer service, the gentleman on departure smiled and was nice so this did not include him.

Too

Helpful staff, great location, and good accommodations. Not fancy but good, clean, and close to many businesses and the Earls Court tube station.

Smell of mold made us both sick
Very small room in basement
