Bad experience. Dirty cleaning clothes in the washroom. Parking is $39/day and its on the fifth floor (7th floor really cause the floors are halved).

Very good stay, no view from room, but was quiet, clean and modern. Parking is a block away, and not much room to unload at entrance. Would stay again

Good check in, good amenities, only minus of a star was the ice machine was down on 12. Aside from that the service and stay was top knotch :), Id stay there again.

Book parking in advance. Billiard table was free and great to have especially during rainy days like we had.

Clean, quiet, and attentive staff. And there’s a coffee machine in the room which is always appreciated. I would stay again if I’m in Ottawa.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was attentive and responsive. Coffee in the room is always appreciated. Note: some of the rooms, not mine, are designed so you can see the person in the shower from the room. It may not be ideal if you’re sharing a room with a friend/colleague.

Ive stayed here before and would come back again in an instant. Rooms are super clean and the lobby bar / cafe is great (and at much more reasonable prices than other hotels.) Staff is terrific as well. You cant go wrong here.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and bar area was a bonus.

this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

Everything was clean. Everyone was efficient, friendly and helpful! More fruit and yogurt options would be great:)Good decaf coffees would also be a great addition.

We had a wonderful stay in the most COMFORTABLE bed ever!
