Excellent hotel. The cleaner Paulette was amazing.

Room was nice. Floor wasn’t the cleanest but not terrible. Good location and beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable room, good location, nice gym, good swimming pool

The hotel and the staff was perfect. You can feel that every member of the hotel team is highly focused on the customer care. The room was very clean. As a family we enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this well organized hotel to everyone.

..

Room is quite small but overall clean. Really helpful doorman telling us how to get to different places around downtown Toronto.

Dont stay here!

Very old hotel, old and dirthy carpets, very noisy hotel because the windows are very thin, the elevators are very slow and stop in almost every flor.

The Brekfast is Ok (Like the one to get at holiday inn express) but you have to pay about 24 cad. Also The Pool was cold

Its well located in Down Toronto.

Room was clean! And pretty small standard room for one night. Nothing crazy, just simple

The location, convenience and everything else were excellent

Great location, price and garage. But room was a bit small and gym needs a few more equipment.
