the rooms are small and when you go to the toilet at night and turn on the light the room also get lit up. you cant have a sneaky shower if you want your husband to stay asleep as the light from the shower wakes up the whole room. used to be good value for money but not so much anymore

Great stay, good location and friendly staff.

Good location in city center, still quiet.
Complimentary breakfast is good enough, though there was no vegetables (some fruits were).
Sometimes cleaning staff forget to leave me new towels.
I think the nearest supermarket is Woolworths in Rundle Mall, around 5 min. walk.
In sum, one of the best hotels in central Adelaide!

Everything was amazing.
Only thing I would wish for was a bigger gym lol.

Always stay at the Holiday Inn when in Adelaide.
Quiet, comfortable and always good. Desk area to work at. Can cast my shows to the TV.
Free breakfast always handy.

Very nice room, clean, bright and fresh.

Staff provided us with a room that was closest to an outdoor party venue. Friday night there was loud music until midnight. Saturday night loud music and party until 4am. We had no sleep and had to drive 5 hours home the next day. Staff would have been aware that room 325 was closest to the outdoor venue. Maybe in future avoid this room so patrons can get a decent sleep.

This is a unique location, it is walking distance to Rundle Mall and down a side street from Hindley Street, with a lot of clubs and bars in the area. Food-wise there is a Thai spot next door and a Bettys Burger nearby - with a Speakeasy Pizza spot hidden next to Bank Street that is worth a visit - would stay here again for the right price!

A shampoo bottle was empty.

Small room but very clean and in excellent condition.
Perfect for a short overnight stay.
Great location in the city close to transport, shops and bars, and surprisingly quiet, but dont expect a view.
Breakfast provided was simple and lacked options for anyone with dietary needs.
