Nice location and kindly staff

Awful hotel. would never stay here again.

Very friendly staff, 5 star service. Great room, comfy bed, with a great breakfast. Tv could be more user friendly

Helpful staff. Only con was that the water temperature in the shower never got to

Hotel was undergoing construction which made pool area and rooftop bar noisy and inconvenient

Nice boutique hotel, great hospitality.

Staff all spoke English well. Helpful in arranging cabs. Room was clean. Rooftop bar and pool was very nice

The staff was among the most helpful I’ve ever experienced. The happy hour featured local high school musicians- excellent. Easy access to the metro, but the walk there from Central World Mall is hectic and a little rough.

After checking in, it was obvious the room was not cleaned well. There was a dry spill on the floor and stains on the bathroom sink and desk. Once I checked out and had to go back to the room to retrieve a forgotten item, I saw a gentlemen only making the bed instead of stripping the sheets. This gave me the inkling that they reuse sheets if not obviously dirty. Lobby staff were excellent, however.
