Lovely hotel with high standards. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast was also great, and they were able to provide gluten free bread for my daughter.

The hotel is situated basically on top of a metro station, and even though it’s not downtown the location is quite convenient as it’s on the airport metro line, so easy to drop off and pick up luggage on the way to and from the airport. Would highly recommended this hotel.

My company arranged a taxi for me to the airport. Somehow the taxi driver, who didnt understand English, did not show up. The hotel staff helped me talk to the driver and arranged another taxi for me .....

This is just a small issue but it shows that the hotel staff really takes care of all guests.

Great staff, beautiful hotel. A little bit far away from the heart of the city. Sliding door to the bathroom was a bit clunky and heavy.

Clean room, kind staff. Everything was great.

The hotel is very new, clean, modern and up-to-date with its facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and room comes well equipped for business travellers (iron and ironing board included). It is short walk away from coex magnok, and near all the local food options too.

Great

The property is located next to the Botanical Park and the view was very peaceful. Very clean property. Will be back.
