Very nice hotel in a convenient location- many cafes and restaurants nearby, a reasonable walk to the shopping district. Amazing breakfast buffet, worth the 20 euros!

Room 517, smelt smoky, three lights in bathroom and extractor not working. Fridge in cupboard could not be opened. Coffee and milk not refreshed on room clean.

Reception was excellent. Breakfast food and service were excellent.

Such a disappointing stay.
It’s an okay hotel but not really up to usual NH standards.
Staircases are dangerous, as is ceiling down to the breakfast room.
On the first day, one lift was broken and then on the second day, the tiny staff/spare lift also broke.
I was in the 3rd floor and my colleague on 6th floor - if anyone had a walking disability, it would have been impossible to remain or stay here.

Good location

Friendly staff and great location. Not my first stay so feel like a home from home. Unfortunately the previous guest had used the alarm clock and it hadn’t been reset.
I was woken up at 6am by the alarm.
My superior room had two single beds pushed together, usually find in other hotels but the beds moved and I would fall in between. I had to sleep on one side, very uncomfortable and a wasted of bed.

Great stay, location is perfect.
