Everything was presented wonderfully in the room, the staff were professional and polite and the breakfast was delicious. Coming to the hotel after knee surgery though meant I needed a firm bed- separate from my partner. Having two queens was fantastic however, when purchasing my room online, there was no space to write on that I would need it to be firm.
I believe in a hotel your size you would have a room with two ‘firmer’ beds. It could be useful to pop in a comment box for additional information, as I could not seem to get through in person on the phone after purchasing our room to check. By the time we got there, they said there was nothing they could do.
So we did love our stay overall, but for me, I would have slept better had I been able to identify my needs ahead of time. I hope this feedback is useful, you do have a winning formula for a great stay and it would be a shame to not be able to provide a service I’m sure is possible for others like me in the future.
Ngā mihi,
Maxine
