The room was very clean. We will come here again 😊

Mary at the front desk is particularly good-mannered and helpful, very efficient at check in on 25 June and helping to retrieve lost items after we checked out on 27 June.

Great location, clean and nice

Stayed for 9 nights, my room was very well maintained and the housekeeping staff were great, nothing missed and very considerate. Reception staff provided great service at check in and with any enquiries during my stay. The breakfast was really lovely, so much to choose from for every guest from all different countries, The restaurant staff were all very charming, helpful and efficient... well done!

Royal Plaza is perfectly located at the top of Orchard Road and adjacent to the MRT. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub, and the staff were all super friendly. I have stayed at Royal Plaza numerous times and will definitely be back again!

Good as always , up to their standards

Good and clean as always

I don’t think the room is value for money compared to the price I paid, we were put on low floor while I expected for something better . I was surprised to see the dust bin was put on the writing desk .
Even thou rooms have been renovated , yet the drainage not very good with noises of water draining in the pipe when we turned on water tap in the wash basin .

Amazing hotel, location is awesome, staff were helpful and friendly, very clean and room is spacious. Highly recommended!
