Terrible Hotel and it’s Nightmare !
1. Asked for airport pickup service 2 days in advance, no reply.
2. Late night check in, with no staff on duty except security guard.
3. Dusty and dirty toilet that I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of travel.
4. Complaints with no action taken on point 3 above.
5. Smelly bathroom towels.
6. The most unbelievable was no daily room makeup if a plate is not displayed in door. However, no plate was provided. This is the first time I have ever experience when staying in a hotel of this class.

The Guide is very conveniently located: walking distance to the MRT, the Xinyi district some interesting bars, restaurants and banks! The staff ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful (the dude not as much).
This is a basic hotel: you get a furnished bedroom, small complete bathroom, a TV, yea kettle and nothing else. There is no dinner, this no breakfast or room service. You don’t even get an outside telephone line. So, if all you need is a place to rest your head at the end of the day, The Guide is a good choice. Otherwise, keep searching….
