The view is what makes the place along with the attentive staff. We had some ac issues within an hour of checking in and were moved to another villa quickly. I was disappointed a bit as it was 1 level lower and the view wasnt as good as the 1st one. The lounge chairs in my villa were pretty old and were not comfortable to use. Outside of that its a quiet pretty place to escape the city and lounge in your own private pool.

Serenity, views, spacious rooms, thoughtful desing

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, given the condition of the room and the disturbance, I don’t feel the stay was worth the cost

Everything was excellent! The rooms, staff and the food, you couldn’t ask for any better! Would certainly stay again

Perfect experience

The staff service is off the charts great.

The general resort is a bit scuffed as many reviews have stated
