Very nice hotel with good facilities, clean, very nice restaurant, big room, helpful staff. It is a very good idea to prebook parking as its often sold out! Nice breakfast. They have a great café latte machine, but its not available before in the evening. So the hotel basically only offers standard black coffee...

Good breakfast

Bra

clean and good services

I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

Very helpful and friendly—room was clean and the food was great-great service

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid.

Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction.

Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.
