Perfect location with amazing amenities. Rooms are very quiet and well maintained. Even though the hotel was sold out we barely heard anyone.

Great location with easy access to Taipei’s most famous sites.

Great place to stay very local and easy to walk to places

The spa / onsen is the best thing!

Overall the hotel is good but you need to prepare brush teeth etc which is disturbing.

The breakfast was great.
The gym was very small and crowded, not enough equipment. The hot tub, everyone was getting in butt naked. There was no concern of hygiene.

Great hotel overall
Good location
Great customer service
Rooms very nice and clean
Worth the price.

Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer.

A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying

Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard;
I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again

The hotel is well located and well maintained. Across the street from Taipei 101, short walk from great shopping and excellent restaurants. Short walk from the MRT redline. And the staff was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They really made a difference. I will come back again!
