The room is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Was given a old room to me which is not same as what I see from website booking, after complaining they then change me to a newly removed room, very disappointing.

Overall very good experience. Very good value for money

Clean room, modern, beautiful hotel, well located.

Breakfast was outstanding with many options. Room was spacious and comfortable. Club level below average compared to many hotels I’ve stayed at.

Our room has a park view of Kowloon Park and some other commercial buildings along the harbour. This hotel has a lot of eateries in the closeby neighborhood. The hotel is a bit dated and need to be upgraded. All the maids are very polite and friendly.*

Overall, the hotel was very nice, convenient, and the staff was very friendly.

It’s a good hotel. The main gripe I have is that they seem to routinely have parties/events in their courtyard on weekend evenings which are incredibly loud and go on until midnight. The idea that a hotel is fine with hosting loud parties at the expense of their guests who booked courtyard facing rooms is pretty off putting to me. I’d probably return to this hotel if I could book one of their outward facing rooms, as everything about the room itself was great. Always bring earplugs folks.

Check in and out are smooth and fast. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Location is perfect for dining, shopping, banking, park walk, 5 min walk from subway . Basement has 24 hr shop with many Japanese imports.

Great location! Good space and clean my only complaint was that there was a party happening on the terrace beside the hotel so the music was very loud at night.
