Apart from a bit difficulty finding the small reception all was fine. Great location basically at the mall and direct access to Main Station.

Nice location...and prepared for hotel turned from an office building..but cannor complain for theproce..great if u want to yse taipei station as a hu

hard to find, no lobby. the lobby is an office desk, no external signage. Rabbit wareen to find your way to the room. on a positive note, its inside a shopping centre. Once you know where to go, i guess ok.

Location is super, shopping mall and food court downstairs. Metro, local rail, Airport Express Rail and bus station are next to apartment.

Some apartment units with small kitchen depends on your luck. Room is spacious.

But pls aware no staff can assist you if needs after 9:30pm as they off from work.

basically place is hard to find for 1st time but location is very convenient and room is big n equipped w heater but will b better if toilet has bidet spray...
Staff allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier which is much appreciated as we were tired since we arrive at 7am
