Below average. Breakfast was very basic.

The hotel is ok , but from my personal opinion the room looks more like a guest house and not 4 stars hotel , but still everything was good.

Location is perfect for travellers and very easy to communicate with staff

We booked two nights but checked out after one because the bathroom was in terrible condition, with hairs on towels, dirty floors and water leaking across the room. Despite raising this concern reception refused to move us to another room or offer a meaningful solution. The overall cleanliness and maintenance did not match the hotel’s advertised standard. On a positive note, the breakfast team were excellent, very polite and attentive, and the food service was the only highlight of our stay.

Good

Ok for the price, suited our needs, wifi can be slow and patchy, dont get room on level below reception as it is noisy from above

Premier rooms are not at all Premier. Its like a budget room situated in the basement.

An excellent location. Really nice hotel. Amazing service. The staff are lovely. The breakfast was excellent

Overall it was good..

Lovely staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel taxi very costly though and the pool did not have sufficient sunbeds.
Great location and ambience
