Everything was perfect. And I will use it again next time.

I love jjajangmyen and shinramyen.
That was good choice.

Good

Great service, clean and roomy.

The Sweet room we stayed in was excellent! Very spacious with two bedrooms and emperor space in the living room and dining area. Breakfast buffet was also great with good international selections, including Vietnamese favorites. The best of all was the hospitality of the staffs. I would highly recommend it for a family trip.

Hotel fantastic only problems it miles out of Hanoi

Not enough for 4 stars, not enough amenities, no stabal luggage stand, too expensive, no longer stay in this hotel

There are a lot of things that are breaking down. The shower door did not close tightly (stayed open about 1/2”) so the water would splash outside & wet the floor. Facilities came & fixed it but it was not fixed. This could lead to guest slipping & falling. The bathtub faucet was also leaking to the tiles. Gave up on calling to have it fixed.

NO Bidet is serious

Breakfast and meeting room are brilliant! Some hotel staff do not understand English though.
