Close to the airport, good location

Our floor smelled like cigarette smoke, but our room was fine. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. Overall, it was adequate, but I’m not sure I would stay here again. Too far away from other food options.

Hotels.com needs to stop misleading customers by the fancy photos when the hotel is old and run down such as this one. The place smelled like smoke very bad, room was old and bathroom not very clean and the description of property is misleading by stating theres stuff to do nearby which there isnt. The hotel staff were helpful with ordering taxis but the food options are very poor and there is no airport shuttle as the property description stated. It was taxi service which was 200NTD.

The route from the mrt to the hotel is not finished. Not sure if hotel can do anything about it but should really streamline and finish sidewalks etc so you dont have to walk around the construction. Been this way a while now.

The Hotel is over all Ok.

The staff was very kind, I needed to leave extra early and they arranged for a car and even had a bagged breakfast for me!

Not bad. Perfect for transi passengers staying 24hrs in Taipei.

Good place to stay

Excellent breakfast. Room is clean, but shower needs maintenance.

only stay for one night for airport
