Service was good, although limited unless asked. Property is very dated.

Perfect location in Ximending! Down a safe, quiet alley but your foot steps away from the Heart of the city and famous places like Crispy Milk Donut and Xin Ten Fung. Also metro is 5 min walk!

Excellent staff, perfect location, no breakfast,

The staff here was phenomenal, always greeting me by name. The room was quirky but comfortable once I understood how things worked. The AC was a 3 switch on the wall, low medium and high. The hot water takes a bit but was plentiful after 5 or so minutes. I would stay here again. Mattress was A+++

The location was splendid. Really easy to access the city and metro. Would definitely stay again

Good location and easy to find room is clean
but entrance main door some special smelling come from the underground’s drain. Overall 4 out of 5.

This hotel is much worse compare to what you see on the web. Room is small, there is another wall out of your window, its no view at all. Air-con is far less than sufficient, no laundry service as advertised, construction is on-going which is not revealed, bleach, drain smell is everywhere.
Service is poor, and they dont even provide enough bottle water to the room, even after being requested.

This is the four time I have stayed here over the last 13 years. Though this is a boutique hotel, it continues to upgrade itself and in constant renovation to keep up with time.

浴缸有爛，冇浴簾沖涼時全地濕晒比較麻煩
good location, nice service
