When booking make sure you ask for a fan because the AC is not cold

nice location ,and kind staff. amazing view .. Well saticefied ..

The room wasnt ready for the time it was supposed to be... We had to wait a while which was disappointing.
Breakfast was served at your table and the servers were busy.. So you had to wait at times to be served.
The lock on our door was broken. They had someone in our room at 11pm trying to fix it.. But couldnt. They offered us another room but without the balcony we wanted. And we didnt want to change rooms so late.
There was no compensation etc for any of the above.

Great location and staff were wonderful

Very nice hotel

Location is great but if u have many luggages then it’s stressful to have to bring them up the stairs to the concierge after drop off from car

It was an excellent birthday treat for our daughter

We enjoyed the room and services provided by the staff. But the breakfast was very disappointing including dry and floury cake, super salty and undercooked bacon… Then our travel case got some indentation probably when the staff transported it. After our complaints, the manager helped us to book a taxi (we paid for it) when we leave as an apology.

A five star Hotel cutting the corners to save money!
Everything is "bare minimum", room accessories, breakfast , etc.
It is not what you expect when you pay almost£700.00 per night!

This a return visit for us. The London Marriott County Hall is a refuge in a busy city and is a joy each time we visit.
Be aware that you will not receive membership points when you book outside of Marriott. It would be great if Hotels.com could come to an agreement with Marriott.
