The room was amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful. My only complaints are that the bar food/drinks were INSANELY over priced and took forever, but I understand it was 4th of July weekend so it was probably busier than usual. I loved all the amenities, the pool could have been cleaner though. Lots of hair and sand. Also tubes for the lazy river were very hard to come by. A DJ also would come out in the afternoon and played music VERY loud, which was not very relaxing. We still enjoyed our stay but definitely would not come back when it’s that busy. We had a good time but it was not as relaxing as we were hoping. I recommend not coming near a holiday and bringing your own tubes/food to save money.

We reserved a non-smoking room, but as soon as you opened the door to the room you could tell that smokers inhabited the space. Also, people a few doors down were smoking pot and it was quite strong. I dont know that the hotel had the staff the people they needed this past weekend to put forth their best efforts. The pool was slimy and the water was not clear and clean, but the hotel staff did try to control this by shutting the pool down later in the day so that the water could go through several cleaning cycles.
