Absolutely enjoyed our stay, will most definitely be returning

So they have a lazy river but they dont include the tubes for them. Sounds crazy to me that you have to purchase it.

The property is dated and somewhat dingy. It wasn’t what I expected for a Universal property. It was adequate for our needs, but I wouldn’t stay again. The check in process took over an hour.

Great hotel for kids! Had an issue with housekeeping not cleaning the bathroom thoroughly and found pee on the toilet seat while we were gone at the parks for the day. When I called to complain it took 4 phone calls to finally get someone up to the room to clean it. The manager gave us 1 free night for our troubles, so I would stay there again.

Room was not clean sick was stopped up and filthy floor had hair all over shower had hair in it and it want ours door to get in hotel would not open someone had to walk up before it open they put towels and hand towels and no wash clothes never will I stay again

I hardly utilized the amenities other then the pool. Pool was super hot. Should have been cooler with that kind of heat. The rooms were decent. Beautiful view of Volcano Bay. Room can use some paint and new carpet. Shower/tub was not clean and there was a huge spot on the mattress. Hotel is definitely due for a makeover.

.

Bathroom was not good being split. Family suite size was small. Slightly outdated appearance. Need better dining options

The hotel was amazing! We loved the pool! It was so close to Volcano bay! The food was great! We will definitely be back soon.
