I am an 78 year old pensioner and am surprised that there were no safety handles
for getting into the bathtub to have a shower.

Ok

Amazing room with a view, was able to catch some northern lights inside my last night. They have wonderful and kind staff. Good selection for breakfast too.

Very friendly hotel. Outstanding breakfast. Good clean and warm rooms.

Check in on a Sunday night was slow as there was no one at reception when we arrived and a queue

I booked more than 6 months ago 4 rooms. All had the same price, but 3 were at the back and one quite small. Only 1 room out of four was decent. Good breakfast

Central, nice staff & good breakfast

Was old and I don’t like bathroom

Bra

👍

Spacious room in good shape with amazing views of the Cathedral and the fjord. Great counter-top space in the bathroom. Everything clean and in good shape. Wonderful breakfast. Parking in the nearby garage somewhat pricy.
