Lovely basic room.. the only thing that could have improved it was a microwave

Great location. Awesome dining and kitchen area. Rooms are tired. Bunks were really squeaky making it difficult to sleep.

We only spent overnight at this motel but was impressed with the spacious room (2 Queen beds and two twin beds) that can easily accommodate 6 people. There was a huge dinning area. A lot of people were having their Christmas dinner there. When we woke up in the morning, we noticed People also camped outside on the grass area. The park was very well maintained. Clean towels and adequate supplies in the kitchen area.

Excellent backpackers room

Backpacker room and facilities are amazing!

Always stay here. Is clean, great location and lovely staff

Very clean. Our room was adequate but tiny and lacked decoration and air flow.

Excellent location. No A/C for the private units and when the West sun beams into the room, it gets uncomfortably hot. This is only an issue in the heat of summer, of course.

Also, people running on the wooden porch outside is heard (loudly) in the rooms.

Clean room. Noisy until 1000 so if you are getting up early for Milford Sound can be a little upsetting. The beds were hard on my back and my friend said her bed was uncomfortable too. Check in staff very friendly. Overall for what we paid for the room per night, it was worth it.

the cabins are low standard
