Terrible hotel. Dated rooms on “newly renovated”

Unhelpful staff, dirty carpets.

I was even double billed and it has been tough getting a hold of someone.

Wouldn’t recommend for anyone for any occasion

The hotel is old, it has a little remodeled, but not enough.
The staff is in line with the hotel, they would do the bare minimum, and their attitude was nowhere close to what you would expect.
The room was clean but old and with a lot of history, it has been used a lot, you can notice. And the view of my room was covered, so not even a little of sky or natural light, as closed as I could get to being in a bunker.
In simple terms a so-so hotel and the worst room I have staying in years.

No balcony and the view I had was not good at all

Great Stay and very convenient. Comfortable and cozy.

it was so nice ! the staff was super nice and helpful! would stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous 😍 it was an amazing trip

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that the Chef came out to greet us during our dinner, which was delicious! Valet parking was convenient but I feel was over-priced but I knew what I was paying when I booked it. But, everything was great. Beautiful hotel! Thank you.

I was underwhelmed by the hotel. The room was smaller than what I paid for, cheap mini fridge and no microwave. The bathroom sink drain would not open.
The hotel was old and outdated and the furniture was stained. You had to travel what felt like a mile down the hall for ice and vending.

Sparklingly clean. Rooms spacious with ample storage and great AC. Breakfast good and a spot on location l.
