There are many other hidden restaurants, but I write about the popular restaurants with the spice of little tricks and useful information for the travelers from overseas.
I'm taking Kimono sewing, Chanoyu, and Shamisen lessons under Professional Sensei and I'm keen about Japanese traditional cultures and entertainments. I'm able to accompany my clients with my deep appreciation and knowledge in those fields, so I can well assist them on their shopping and tours. I also know good hidden restaurants that the Kyoto locals go to.
Japanese-English Interpreter in Kimono
I do English-Japanese interpretation in my formal Japanese Kimono attire to show my deep respect and appreciation to my clients from different cultures.

Benjamin Weber (Programmer)
I cover a variety of aspects about the restaurant I review. I talk about what is the right circumstances to go, in addition to what a first timer, or English speaker, should order.
I grew up being a very picky eater, but when I became an adult I decided to stretch my wings and try everything. Since I liked nothing as a child, I have no preconceptions on what food is thought of as good, and what as disgusting. I come to every meal with an open mind.
I develop video games. Since I was a child I was interested in Japanese video games, and I always thought that I would like to try living in Japan and making games. Now I am working to make fun games that the whole world can enjoy.
