So much walking to the core of the attraction

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great black out curtains.

Two towels were dirty - one had old blood and the other fresh make up type substance.

The bathtub appeared to have mold and can do with a re-caulking in room 512.

Parking is so expensive! Two nights cost me $74! That’s unheard of.

Otherwise, no complaints! Staff were friendly and helped us with ease.

Good

Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff at front desk

Staff are very friendly and accomodating, I got to the hotel around 10am but they were able to check me in despite the fact that the normal check-in time was 3 or 4pm.

It was greatly appreciated!

The place is very beautiful too, the pictures dont do it justice.

Nice room, newly renovated, overlooking the inner courtyard. Very comfortable bed and good‑quality Internet. Excellent value for money and a warm welcome. My only downside is that the room isn’t very well soundproofed, and you can hear quite a bit of what’s happening in the hallway (though it doesn’t happen often).

The parking is a disaster; the room stank (like old shoes) and tehre were dirty towel left in the bathroom. I was there for 2 dats; I had a parking voucher for the 2 days in a neighbouring building which forced a long walk with luggage. Upon exiting at the end of the stay the gate would not open, with the message that the ticket had been used. Phone service was useless,. I had to have all the cars behind me back, get my motorbike parked again, and return to the hotel to get a new ticket.,

It would have been helpful to us if the name of the hotel not just Best Western Plus was given in our booking information. And better signage for the front entrance would have been nice since we got in at midnight and our Uber driver was going to drop us at the corner. Also, the TV was awkwardly placed if trying to watch it from the second bed.

The staff was more than helpful, professional and friendly.

I defiantly would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice remodeled hotel. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are OK although not updated. Only two dated elevator. Breakfast was excellent and reasonable cost. Location is walking distances to several pubs, restaurants.
